DRY-LAND TRAINING
Training off the ice has become just as important as training on the ice. Developing your muscular endurance and strength as well as agility, can be obtained through many off-ice exercises. As a result, most of our programs will be incorporating dry-land sessions. Quick foot drills for agility, plyometrics for strength and power, sprints for speed, and long distance running for endurance will be covered throughout the week, along with some fun games. Please note that our off-ice training will be appropriate for the ages of the students for that particular week.
